1,008 receptions and counting...
When Arizona Cardinals' wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald takes the field today in Glendale against Green Bay, he'll be looking for a few more receptions.
Fitzgerald has hauled in 1,008 receptions since 2004, and he's not done yet. It's very possible Fitz will pass Dallas tight end Jason Witten today and reach the top ten for all-time career receptions in the history of the National Football League.
Go get 'em, Fitz!
Fitz update: Fitzgerald caught four passes and had a touchdown on Sunday. Fitz is at 1, 012 career receptions. Still two receptions behind Witten.
