Anderson, Ristic lead Wildcats to 82-70 win over UNLV

Dusan Ristic poured in a career-high 20 points and Ryan Anderson scored 17 points and grabbed 13 rebounds for another double-double as the Arizona Wildcats beat UNLV 82-70 at McKale Center tonight.

The 13th-ranked Wildcats improved to 11-1 and kept their home court winning streak alive with their 46th consecutive win at McKale.

All five starters scored in double figures as the Wildcats led 44-36 at the end of the first half and then held off the Rebels in the final 20 minutes. Kadeem Allen and Allonzo Trier scored 15 points apiece, while Gabe York chipped in 11.
