Arizona improves to 7-2 with win over Giants

Don't look now, but the Arizona Diamondbacks currently own the best record in baseball.

Arizona held on to beat the Giants 4-3 in San Francisco last night to improve to 7-2.

The win evened the three-game series with the Giants and the getaway game is tonight at 7:15pm as the Diamondbacks send Shelby Miller to the mound.

Robbie Ray allowed just four hits and pitched into the seventh inning last night and is 1-0 on the season. Jake Lamb provided the big blow with a three-run triple in the third inning. Fernando Rodney held on despite wind, rain and seagulls in the ninth inning to pick up his third save of the year.
