It's opening day for the 2022 baseball season and if that's not enough to keep diehard sports fans glued to the television then punch in four days of the Masters in Augusta, Georgia and the return of Tiger Woods, who swings away this morning, just 14 months since his car accident in Southern California.
Arizona fans will tune into the Diamondbacks' opener at Chase Field against the San Diego Padres. The first pitch is at 6:40 PM.
For baseball fans of the Arizona Wildcats, it'll be three beautiful days at Hi Corbett Field on Friday, Saturday and Sunday with a Pac-12 Conference matchup with Washington State. The first two games set for 6 PM and the finale at 12 PM on Sunday.
Add to the above, another exciting weekend of NASCAR racing and the NBA rolling towards the playoffs with the Phoenix Suns leading the way with a 63-17 record.
