D'backs return home after 4-3 road trip

The Arizona Diamondbacks pick up a series win today in Kansas City as they blank the Royals 2-0 behind a strong seven-inning performance from pitcher Wade Miley. The D'backs finish 4-3 on their current road trip and return to Chase Field for a six-game home stand with the LA Dodgers and the Milwaukee Brewers. Miley goes seven innings, strikes out three and walks just two batters as he improves to 5-1 on the season.

The Diamondbacks improve to 19-23 on the year. Way to go, D'backs! Keep battling.
