Songs from the Heart


Back in 1973, Bob Seger put out a ballad entitled Turn the Page.

It was one of those songs that grabs you from the beginning and never lets you go. Fifty-six years ago and the words still light a fire inside me.

It's 2019 and I'm still turning the page, one month and a few days away from the age of 74 -- close to three quarters of a century.

My goodness, I'm still turning the page...and finally I'm starting to slow down and listen to the beauty in a song...and the beauty of life itself.

Hats off to Bob Seger. He's one of the best.
