The Arizona Diamondbacks (29-38) beat the Astros at Chase Field today 4-1 and now head for Houston to complete the four-game series with games on Wednesday and Thursday. After losing the opener on Monday night 4-3, the Diamondbacks bounce back today as Paul Goldschmidt hits his 13th homer of the year in the first inning and Branson Arroyo goes (6-4) seven innings to earn his sixth win of the season.

Aaron Hill knocked in two runs with a sacrifice fly in the seventh and a run-scoring double in the eighth. Goldschmidt also doubled in the eighth inning -- his 25th two-bagger of the season and finished 2 for 3 for the day.

Brandon McCarthy (1-8) will try his luck in Houston as he takes the mound for the Diamondbacks on Wednesday.
