The good news is the Arizona Diamondback are over .500 for the first time this year at 15-14.
The bad news: The Diamondbacks are still in last place despite exceptional pitching and a won-loss record of 7-3 in their past 10 games.
The LA Dodgers remain on top in the division at 19-7 and the San Diego Padres are in second at 19-10. That leaves the Colorado Rockies and San Francisco Giants tied at 16-12.
Way to go, Diamondbacks!
The Florida Marlins are in in town for a a three-game series, starting tonight at Chase Field. The Chicago Cubs are in town next weekend for a three-games series. The Diamondbacks head for LA and a four-games series with the Dodgers, May 16-18.
