Wildcats reach century mark with easy win over Cougars

An easy win in Pullman.
Deandre Ayton, Allonzo Trier and Rawle Alkins were a combined 25 of 29 from the field -- including a combined 8 from 8 from beyond the arc at Friel Court tonight and rolled over the Washington State Cougars, 100-72.
Ayton finished with 11 rebounds and 25 points, while Trier netted 24 points and Alkins added 16. Dusan Ristic chipped in 12 points and just missed a double-double with nine rebounds.
The Wildcats shoot 61 percent from the field (39 of 64). Arizona hits 10 of 17 3-pointers as Trier and Alkins were a perfect 8 for 8 from long range.
Arizona, ranked No. 9 this week in the AP Poll, improves to 19-4 and remains in first place in the Pac-12 Conference with a 9-1 record.
