MSBL World Series Update
A trio of ball players from the Tucson Old Timers combined for 16 hits this week during the Men's Senior Baseball League World Series in Phoenix.
Bob Daliege, Pigpen Price and Ed Eckert played five games with the San Antonio Texans (0-5) -- including today's loss to the Arizona Scorpions.
Daliege was the best of the Tucson trio with seven hits in 14 at bats. Eckert had five hits and Price collected four hits.
