Salty Dragons win 65-and-over MSBL World Series title
MSBL World Series Final Update
It's all over at the Men's Senior Baseball League World Series in the 65-and-over division.
As it turns out the Salty Dragons win it all with a 10-4 win over the Tucson Toros. Surprisingly, one of the closest games with the Dragons last week involved the Tucson Aces, a team with 15 members from the Tucson Old Timers. The Aces lost 7-2 to the Dragons.
Congrats to the Salty Dragons.
In the 70-and-over division, the Sacramento Solons won the MSBL title with a 8-7 win over Detroit. In the 73-and-over division, it was the South Dakota Rushmores taking the title with a 20-2 win over the San Diego Padres.
The 65-and-over Tucson Aces will be back next year. It'll be the 30th year in 2017 for the Men's Senior Baseball League World Series.
