So much for Tebowtime...

The NFL at its best

It took an All-Pro quarterback, Tom Brady, and a former Arizona Wildcat tight end, Rob Gronkowski, to end the Tebowmania.

Brady threw three first-half touchdowns to Gronkowski as New England sealed the deal early and went on to a 45-10 victory over Tebow and the Denver Broncos last night in Foxborough.

And how about the San Francisco 49ers? The 49ers shock the New Orleans Saints yesterday afternoon 36-32 as Vernon Davis hauls in the winning TD with just nine seconds left on the clock.

The Patriots and the 49ers advance to their respective conference title games. Today, I'm predicting the home teams will prevail as Green Bay hosts the New York Giants, while Baltimore will edge out Houston. But, on second thought, it could be a day of upsets. I don't look for a runaway game in today's matchups.
