TOTS play to a 3-3 tie

Tucson Old Timers (TOTS)

60-and-over baseball

No winner and no loser in today's 60-and-over Tucson Old Timers game at Udall Park.

The two pitchers of record received a no decision, but both hurlers pitched well -- lefty Dennis Crowley for Team White and right-hander Pete Maldonado for Team Blue.

In the end, it was another well-played game by both sides. Ted Davis went 2 for 3 with two doubles, while Denny Leonard added two singles for Team White. The Team Blue hitting stars for the day included Reed Palmer and Miguel Urtaza -- both with two hits apiece.

No winner, no loser but a battle to the end.

Next game is slated for Friday at Udall with a 9 AM start.

Go, TOTS!
