Ted Davis slammed a one-hopper off the glove of third baseman Jesse Ochoa today at Udall Park in the bottom of the fourth inning to break a 3-3 tie and Team White edged Team Blue 4-3 in a 60-and-over Tucson Old Timers game.

Lefty Dennis Crowley picked up the win and Doc Thompson was saddled with the loss.

It was another hot one on the ball field, despite the TOTS early start. The fast game concluded at 11 a.m., but the temperature had already reached 100 degrees.

Despite the heat, the TOTS will be back in action on Friday with a 9 a.m. start.
