Mickelson on fire at The Open with an opening round 63

Phil Mickelson fires an 8-under-par 63 in the opening round of The Open in Troon, Scotland.

Mickelson ties the best round in majors history and he enjoys a three-shot lead, heading into Day 2. His final putt, which would have broken the record, lipped out at the 18th hole.
