Palmer breaks TOTS home run record, again!

Tucson Old Timers (TOTS)

60-and-over baseball

Reed Palmer hit a record-breaking home run at Udall Park today to lead Team White to a  9-1 win over Team Blue in a 60-and-over Tucson Old Timers game. Palmer, who established the club's single season home run record at 21 in 2017, hit a two-run homer to center field in the third inning today -- his 22nd home run of 2018 with still four months left in the TOTS' season.

Palmer's blast today was hit to the deepest part of Udall Park and the ball bounced on top of the fence and rolled another 40 feet. Palmer has hit 43 home runs in 20 months with the TOTS.

The TOTS return to action at Udall on Monday. Game time 9 a.m.
