Diamondbacks still clinging to lead in NL West

The Arizona Diamondbacks are 15 games over .500 as they head into a three-game series at home on Friday, Saturday and Sunday against Seattle. With a 71-56 record, the Diamondbacks have managed to stay ahead of the second-place Rockies and the third-place Dodgers -- one game ahead of Colorado (70-57) and 4 1/2 ahead of the Dodgers (67-61).

David Peralta leads the Diamondbacks with a .306 average, while Paul Goldschmidt rules the roost in home runs (29), RBI (73) and hits (141). Peralta is second on the club in hits with 137. Zack Godley lead the club in pitching victories with 13, Zack Greinke has 12 wins and Patrick Corbin is third with 10 wins.

The Diamondbacks have 35 games to go in the regular season.
