One of the more familiar underdogs on the pro golf circuit is none other than John Daly, now 51 and a member of the PGA Champions Tour.

Today at The Woodlands, despite three bogeys on the way in, Daly won the Insperity Invitational with a three-day total of 202 and a 69 in his final round to capture his first PGA Champions Tour victory.

It's been well documented that Mr. Daly can be his own worst enemy, but not today as he rides a hot putter and many thunderous drives to capture his first tour win since 2004.

Way to go, John.
